Scavenger Hunt Project.
During this project, I used beneficial tools from Photoshop that helped me set up a picture filled with hidden objects. Photoshop provided many divine tools that assisted me in taking an object from one picture and putting it on another selection of a different picture. It was a very simple process that involved much focus and imagination to get every detail the way I wanted. Photoshop has showed me how wonderful editing photos and combining photos together is. It was so much fun being able to change any part of the picture that I wanted, so that it could be a little different from the original so that I could hide the objects more secretly. Photoshop will definitely be used more within my life and for any professional or personal projects I have coming my way.
Retouching a Relative
Throughout my retouching a relative project, I used various tools to modernize my photograph. I think the best tool that was used was the spot healing tool, which helped me get rid of the wrinkles on my uncle's forehead and any other places that left aging marks. Photoshop provides assorted tools that allowed me to brighten his teeth, change his hair color, and change the photo's color for a better result. This can all easily be done because Photoshop gives you the marvelous feature of having many layers on one individual photo, so you can edit details to give your photo a perfect look. I really enjoyed this project and it was very easy and entertaining.
Self Portrait
The self portrait project was so amusing and engaging and made me realize how fun editing a photo can really be. I learned how to add layers to a photo and link them together to create a cool outcome. I also learned how to use a filter on any photo, add lighting to the photo, shapes, patterns, and even making an original photo become black and white with threshold. This project was extremely enjoyable because I could be very creative with the different colors and styles for each individual copy of the original cut out. Photoshop is an extremely brilliant and entertaining software used to edit photos to any style or form you want.
Little Folk Project
My Little Folk project contained many easy accessed and creative tools. I simply took photos of myself and used the quick selection tool to select myself without the background of the original picture. I shrunk the selection of myself and placed it onto the background I chose for my project. I wanted the overall photo to look as realistic as possible, so I had to make sure my "mini me" would be skewed onto the background layer making it look natural. Also, I added shadows to most of my "mini me"s by using the quick selection tool, the rectangular marquee tool and moving the outline of my selection. Next, I selected the paint bucket and filled the selection with the foreground color and chose the opacity I thought looked the best. I also add lighting effects by simply merging all the layers and then going to the filter menu, render, then lighting effects. I changed the different settings on each individual light giving it a brighter effect. Overall, I had a really fun time working on this project and bringing it to life. I hope you enjoy my style and creativity within this project.

Animorph Project
Throughout my animorph project, I used a lot of creativity and personal preferences for the result I thought had the best outcome. The jaguar's face was taking control of half of mine, giving off an image of my face that has been taken over by the jaguar's face. This project expressed the secret "animal" inside of myself which is why I tried my best to blend the jaguar's face into mine as if its' face was actually mine. I really enjoyed this project and being able to combine an image with another image through various layers and vector masks. Also, transforming and warping an image provided me with the ability to apply the jaguar's features on to my own features. Overall, this project was very fun and by far my favorite project yet!

Business Logo
My partner, Kaodi Okafor, and I created a business logo and banner for a student who needed assistance in the Marketing class. We worked very diligently to design these beautiful images. The height and width of the original picture of the red lips was adjusted to make our project have a better outcome. Also, we stroked the text to have a darker outline to make the text bolder. All in all, Kaodi and I used many tools within Photoshop to create a great logo and banner that our "customer" truly loved.
